Employees are eligible to enroll in the HSA when enrolled in the Red Medical Plan. HSA contributions are pre-tax and can be used for a variety of expenses found here. HSA's are your own account and the funds do not expire.

*limits include both your contributions and Gerber's contribution to your account

Family- $1000.00 if employee contributes at lease $10.00 per pay period
FSA contributions are pre-tax and can be used for qualified expenses. FSA funds are available immediately and claims can be submitted for reimbursement immediately, even if the full contribution amount has not been deducted through payroll. FSA funds must be used in the year the expenses are incurred. Any unused funds will be forfeited so budget expenses wisely. Plan limit for 2022 is $2,750.

$5,000 annually on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible child and elder care expenses (e.g., nursery school, daycare, pre-school, au pair or nanny expenses, after-school program, summer camp)
