Before registering for class(es), complete this form and send it to benefits@gerbertechnology.com. HR will send it to you and the other required approvers for signatures via DocuSign!

Step 2: Submit the Tuition Assistance Reimbursement Form

After completeing your class(es), complete this form and send it to benefits@gerbertechnology.com. HR will send it to you and the other required approvers for signatures via DocuSign!

When Submitting this form, make sure to include:

  • The Pre-Approval Request Form

  • Official Transcript

  • Receipt of Tuition Costs (Excluding Fees)

Tuition reimbursement will be paid upon completion of courses as long as all requirements are met.
